With over 55 interactive trips, live shows, building workshops, driving schools and attractions, all set in 150 acres of gorgeous parkland, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is a special theme park for the entire family to enjoy.

We got the supreme reserve & flight. It’s makes the trip extremely expensive but it made sure the kids actually got to go on a good quantity of rides.
We had utilized it prior to when it was known as qbot & you had the pager type thing to bring around.
The website/app is alot easier to use. However now legoland isn’t limited to the variety of pagers offered it meant alot more people had the r & r which resulted in waiting in lines anyway.
You likewise can’t use it on the newer attractions. Its an excellent park for kids under 13. After that, the older ones might discover it boring.

We went for our sons 9th birthday, and he had a great time. Come to 09.30, having paid for standard parking ahead of time (not sure what the point of priority parking is unless you have serious mobility issues, as we were just a few minutes walk from the entryway?). The park itself was fine to begin with, however started to get crazy busy from mid early morning onwards. Our kid is very little of an excitement hunter, so because sense we were fortunate he wasn’t keen to go on each and every single flight, which is just as well as the queues for nearly whatever were at least 45 minutes just for the smaller sized flights. Managed to get on a few (Ninjago, Deep Sea Adventure, Destiny’s Bounty) with not too bad queuing times. Mythica took forever (it broke down periodically whilst queuing!), however was great, albeit brief for the amount of time queuing! Our kid enjoyed Miniland which was good as was the only location that was quieter. We spent for lunch in advance at Pirates Hamburger Kitchen (got there just after 12 and got in after a short wait, long lines after that!). It was great and conserved lugging a picnic around (although take lots of snacks with you for queues !!). We didn’t spend much there as had paid for lunch in advance and took drinks/snacks with us. Overall a good day but less individuals would make it a much better and more pleasant experience!

Entry and exit

Parking was odd, as they ask you to leave an area of one car in between cars due to social distancing. We arrived late early morning, so after a while of driving about searching for a free and not a very far spot, we simply parked in one of those empty spots … I presume leaving an area between cars is expected in the morning, so individuals keep their distance. By the time we were parking there was hardly anyone there..

On entry our temperature was taken, and bags cursorily examined. As we got here around 11.30 AM there were no queues and we got directly in, very quick process.

As we arrived late, we were very late leaving, and again left and drove out without any lingering..

Coronavirus determines inside the park.

If you are over 11 years of ages, you have to wear a mask on a few of the flights. Anything that is indoors, and some of the larger flights are ones where mask is compulsory. Do bring a multiple-use one, or buy one from the shops, but the flight attendants also give out non reusable ones for people that have actually forgotten theirs.. Legoland Windsor Age Range

On the flights, there will be empty rows or seats in between various family groups. The flights are also frequently cleaned up – some appear to be sprayed after each run like Mia’s Riding Experience, and some periodically cleaned with wipes, like Fairy tale Brook. On the Beast Houseparty there were likewise additional air filterers inside, and household groups were asked to stand and sit spaced apart – I suspect similar measures remain in place in other inside rides/attractions too..

Couple of rides were closed due to social distancing steps or arranged upkeep, however total I felt there was lots of attractions and flights left..

Plenty of hand sanitisers are dotted around the park, and on entry and exit for all the flights. Individuals did appear to use them rather often..

There was a one method system for all the stores, and masks had to be worn. We didn’t go to any of the within Lego exhibits, and in fact don’t even know if they are open. If they are open, a one way system and a mask would certainly remain in location in those too..

There are markers on the ground with arrows pointing that individuals must walk on the left hand side – most people ignored this to be sincere, and the signs were quite easy to miss out on anyhow..

Social distancing.

Sorry to say this, but if you are interested in social distancing, an amusement park is not for you and Legoland will not be an excellent experience for you. People are walking all over the place, not paying a blind little attention to social distancing, virtually bumping into each other..

It does appear that the consumption of people is lower, however due to the coronavirus determines the rides take less individuals in and additional cleansing develops pauses in the service. While there are social distancing suggestions on the ground people just do not pay attention to them.

Can you stay overnight at Legoland?

I personally was not too pleased with this element of the go to, however at the same time, it being outdoors and us being healthy and reasonably young (and we have probably had it currently anyway!) I was not excessively concerned. I would have preferred good social distancing, but I did not let it destroy my day. Individuals are out there enjoying, they forget, and it just unfortunately occurs..

We brought our own picnic, however if you want to purchase food at Legoland, be mindful that there might be long queues for food and only limited food places are open..

For drink and ice creams there were lots of stalls around. In addition for beverages there are a couple of (few) beverage dispensers around the park – I saw one at Heartlake City and around the driving trips. You can purchase a cup (deals from , 8- , 12 per cup), which you can then fill as typically as you like with a variety of sodas. You can likewise fill your own water bottles totally free, however sorry to say, just water is totally free! The all you can consume soft drinks won’t work without the special cup.
