With over 55 interactive trips, live shows, building workshops, driving schools and attractions, all set in 150 acres of beautiful parkland, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is a special theme park for the entire family to delight in.

We got the ultimate reserve & ride. It’s makes the journey extremely expensive but it ensured the kids in fact got to go on a good amount of trips.
When it was known as qbot & you had the pager type thing to bring around, we had used it before.
The website/app is alot much easier to use. Now legoland isn’t limited to the number of pagers available it implied alot more people had the r & r which resulted in waiting in queues anyhow.
You also can’t use it on the newer attractions. Its a terrific park for kids under 13. After that, the older ones may discover it boring.

The park itself was fine to start with, however started to get crazy busy from mid morning onwards. Our son is not much of an adventure seeker, so in that sense we were fortunate he wasn’t keen to go on every single ride, which is just as well as the lines for almost everything were at least 45 minutes just for the smaller flights. In general a great day but less individuals would make it a much better and more enjoyable experience!

What is the best age for Legoland Windsor? Legoland Windsor Attractions

Entry and exit

Parking was unusual, as they ask you to leave a space of one automobile in between automobiles due to social distancing. We got here late morning, so after a while of driving about trying to find a complimentary and not a really faraway spot, we simply parked in one of those empty spots … I suspect leaving a space between automobiles is expected in the early morning, so individuals keep their range. By the time we were parking there was hardly anyone there..

On entry our temperature level was taken, and bags cursorily examined. As we got here around 11.30 AM there were no lines and we got straight in, very fast procedure.

As we arrived late, we were extremely late leaving, and again left and eliminated without any waiting around..

Coronavirus determines inside the park.

You have to wear a mask on some of the trips if you are over 11 years old. Anything that is inside your home, and some of the bigger trips are ones where mask is required. Do bring a multiple-use one, or buy one from the shops, but the trip attendants likewise offer disposable ones for individuals that have forgotten theirs.. Legoland Windsor Attractions

On the flights, there will be empty rows or seats between different family groups. The rides are likewise frequently cleaned – some appear to be sprayed after each run like Mia’s Riding Adventure, and some regularly cleaned up with wipes, like Fairy tale Brook. On the Monster House Party there were also extra air filterers within, and household groups were asked to stand and sit spaced apart – I believe comparable steps are in location in other inside rides/attractions too..

Couple of rides were closed due to social distancing procedures or scheduled upkeep, however total I felt there was plenty of trips and destinations left..

Lots of hand sanitisers are dotted around the park, and on entry and exit for all the rides. Individuals did seem to use them rather frequently..

There was a one method system for all the stores, and masks had to be used. We didn’t go to any of the inside Lego exhibitions, and actually don’t even know if they are open. If they are open, a one method system and a mask would definitely remain in place in those too..

There are markers on the ground with arrows pointing that people need to walk on the left hand side – most people neglected this to be truthful, and the signs were quite easy to miss out on anyway..

Social distancing.

Sorry to state this, but if you are interested in social distancing, an amusement park is not for you and Legoland will not be a good experience for you. Individuals are walking all over the place, not paying a blind bit of attention to social distancing, virtually bumping into each other..

It does appear that the intake of individuals is lower, however due to the coronavirus measures the trips take less people in and extra cleaning produces pauses in the service. This indicates that the queues are as long as ever. While there are social distancing tips on the ground individuals simply do not take note of them. And even if individuals did, the way the queues snake around you would be standing extremely near the people on your left and best anyway..

Can you stay overnight at Legoland?

I personally was not too happy with this element of the see, however at the same time, it being outdoors and us being reasonably young and healthy (and we have probably had it already anyhow!) I was not excessively worried. I would have preferred good social distancing, however I did not let it ruin my day. People are out there having fun, they forget, and it simply unfortunately takes place..

We brought our own picnic, but if you wish to purchase food at Legoland, be mindful that there might be long lines for food and only restricted food places are open..

For drink and ice creams there were plenty of stalls around. Furthermore for beverages there are a few (few) drink dispensers around the park – I saw one at Heartlake City and around the driving flights. You can purchase a cup (deals from , 8- , 12 per cup), which you can then fill as often as you like with a range of sodas. You can also fill your own water bottles totally free, but sorry to say, just water is free! The all you can consume sodas will not work without the unique cup. Legoland Windsor Attractions
