With over 55 interactive rides, live shows, developing workshops, driving attractions and schools, all set in 150 acres of lovely parkland, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is a distinct style park for the entire family to delight in.

We got the supreme reserve & ride. It’s makes the trip very expensive but it made sure the kids really got to go on a decent quantity of trips.
When it was understood as qbot & you had the pager type thing to carry around, we had utilized it prior to.
The website/app is alot easier to use. Now legoland isn’t limited to the number of pagers readily available it suggested alot more individuals had the r & r which resulted in waiting in lines anyhow.
You also can’t use it on the newer attractions. Its a fantastic park for kids under 13. After that, the older ones may discover it boring.

The park itself was fine to begin with, however started to get crazy busy from mid early morning onwards. Our kid is not much of an adventure applicant, so in that sense we were lucky he wasn’t eager to go on every single flight, which is just as well as the lines for almost everything were at least 45 mins just for the smaller flights. In general a good day however less individuals would make it a much better and more pleasant experience!

Entry and exit

Parking was unusual, as they ask you to leave an area of one car in between cars and trucks due to social distancing. We arrived late early morning, so after a while of driving about searching for a totally free and not an extremely faraway area, we simply parked in one of those empty spots … I suspect leaving an area in between automobiles is expected in the morning, so people keep their distance. By the time we were parking there was barely anyone there..

On entry our temperature level was taken, and bags cursorily examined. Tickets were scanned off our phones. As we showed up around 11.30 AM there were no queues and we got straight in, very quick procedure. I have actually seen some reviews specifying that morning lines can get long due to these checks..

As we got here late, we were extremely late leaving, and once again left and drove out without any waiting around..

Coronavirus determines inside the park.

You have to use a mask on some of the rides if you are over 11 years old. Anything that is inside, and a few of the larger flights are ones where mask is mandatory. Do bring a reusable one, or buy one from the shops, but the trip attendants also provide disposable ones for people that have actually forgotten theirs.. Legoland Windsor Entrance

On the rides, there will be empty rows or seats between various family groups. The trips are likewise frequently cleaned – some seem sprayed after each run like Mia’s Riding Experience, and some regularly cleaned with wipes, like Fairytale Brook. On the Monster Houseparty there were also extra air filterers within, and household groups were asked to sit and stand spaced apart – I presume comparable measures are in place in other inside rides/attractions too..

Couple of flights were closed due to social distancing steps or arranged maintenance, but total I felt there was plenty of tourist attractions and flights left..

Plenty of hand sanitisers are dotted around the park, and on entry and exit for all the rides. Individuals did seem to use them rather often..

There was a one way system for all the shops, and masks had to be worn. We didn’t go to any of the inside Lego exhibits, and actually do not even know if they are open. If they are open, a one way system and a mask would definitely remain in location in those too..

There are markers on the ground with arrows pointing that people must stroll on the left hand side – most people ignored this to be honest, and the signs were quite simple to miss anyway..

Social distancing.

Sorry to state this, but if you are interested in social distancing, a theme park is not for you and Legoland will not be an excellent experience for you. Individuals are strolling all over the place, not paying a blind little bit of attention to social distancing, virtually running into each other..

It does appear that the consumption of people is lower, however due to the coronavirus determines the trips take less individuals in and extra cleaning creates pauses in the service. This indicates that the queues are as long as ever. While there are social distancing tips on the ground people just don’t focus on them. And even if people did, the way the queues snake around you would be standing extremely near individuals on your left and ideal anyhow..

Can you stay overnight at Legoland?

I personally was not too delighted with this aspect of the see, but at the same time, it being outdoors and us being fairly young and healthy (and we have probably had it currently anyhow!) I was not extremely concerned. I would have chosen good social distancing, but I did not let it ruin my day. People are out there enjoying, they forget, and it just unfortunately occurs..

We brought our own picnic, but if you want to buy food at Legoland, be conscious that there might be long queues for food and only minimal food places are open..

For drink and ice creams there were lots of stalls around. Additionally for beverages there are a couple of (very few) beverage dispensers around the park – I saw one at Heartlake City and around the driving rides. You can purchase a cup (offers from , 8- , 12 per cup), which you can then fill as frequently as you like with a range of sodas. You can also fill your own water bottles free of charge, however sorry to say, only water is complimentary! The all you can drink soft drinks won’t work without the special cup.
