With over 55 interactive trips, live programs, building workshops, driving attractions and schools, all set in 150 acres of gorgeous parkland, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is a special theme park for the entire family to enjoy.

We got the ultimate reserve & flight. It’s makes the trip extremely expensive but it ensured the kids really got to go on a decent amount of trips.
We had used it prior to when it was known as qbot & you had the pager type thing to carry around.
The website/app is alot simpler to utilize. However now legoland isn’t limited to the variety of pagers available it meant alot more people had the r & r which resulted in waiting in lines anyway.
You also can’t use it on the more recent attractions. Its a fantastic park for kids under 13. After that, the older ones might find it boring.

The park itself was fine to begin with, but started to get crazy hectic from mid morning onwards. Our son is not much of an adventure hunter, so in that sense we were lucky he wasn’t eager to go on every single flight, which is just as well as the lines for nearly whatever were at least 45 minutes just for the smaller rides. In general a good day however less individuals would make it a much better and more pleasant experience!

What is the best age for Legoland Windsor? Legoland Windsor From London

Entry and exit

Parking was odd, as they ask you to leave an area of one automobile between vehicles due to social distancing. We got here late morning, so after a while of driving about searching for a free and not an extremely faraway spot, we just parked in among those empty areas … I presume leaving a space in between vehicles is expected in the early morning, so people keep their range. By the time we were parking there was barely anybody there..

On entry our temperature was taken, and bags cursorily checked. As we arrived around 11.30 AM there were no lines and we got straight in, really quick process.

As we showed up late, we were extremely late leaving, and again went out and drove out without any waiting around..

Coronavirus determines inside the park.

You have to use a mask on some of the trips if you are over 11 years old. Anything that is inside, and some of the bigger flights are ones where mask is required. Do bring a recyclable one, or purchase one from the stores, however the flight attendants also give out disposable ones for people that have forgotten theirs.. Legoland Windsor From London

On the trips, there will be empty rows or seats between various family groups. The flights are likewise routinely cleaned – some appear to be sprayed after each run like Mia’s Riding Adventure, and some regularly cleaned up with wipes, like Fairy tale Brook. On the Monster Houseparty there were also extra air filterers within, and family groups were asked to stand and sit spaced apart – I believe similar procedures remain in location in other inside rides/attractions too..

Couple of rides were closed due to social distancing steps or arranged maintenance, but total I felt there was plenty of destinations and trips left..

A lot of hand sanitisers are dotted around the park, and on entry and exit for all the trips. People did appear to utilize them rather often..

There was a one method system for all the stores, and masks had to be worn. We didn’t go to any of the inside Lego exhibitions, and in fact don’t even know if they are open. If they are open, a one way system and a mask would certainly be in place in those too..

There are markers on the ground with arrows pointing that people need to walk on the left hand side – most people neglected this to be truthful, and the indications were rather simple to miss out on anyhow..

Social distancing.

Sorry to say this, however if you are concerned with social distancing, a theme park is not for you and Legoland will not be a good experience for you. People are strolling all over the place, not paying a blind little attention to social distancing, virtually bumping into each other..

It does appear that the consumption of individuals is lower, but due to the coronavirus measures the rides take less individuals in and extra cleaning develops pauses in the service. This means that the queues are as long as ever. While there are social distancing tips on the ground people just don’t take notice of them. And even if people did, the method the queues snake around you would be standing very close to the people on your left and best anyhow..

Can you stay overnight at Legoland?

I was not overly worried. I would have chosen excellent social distancing, however I did not let it destroy my day.

We brought our own picnic, but if you wish to buy food at Legoland, be conscious that there might be long lines for food and just minimal food locations are open..

For beverage and ice creams there were a lot of stalls around. Furthermore for drinks there are a couple of (not many) beverage dispensers around the park – I saw one at Heartlake City and around the driving rides. You can purchase a cup (deals from , 8- , 12 per cup), which you can then fill as frequently as you like with a variety of sodas. You can likewise fill your own water bottles totally free, but sorry to say, just water is free! The all you can consume soft drinks won’t work without the unique cup. Legoland Windsor From London
