Plus for the ultimate LEGOLAND experience stay over at the brand-new LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel right in the middle of the park! With over 55 interactive rides, live shows, constructing workshops, driving tourist attractions and schools, all set in 150 acres of stunning parkland, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is a distinct theme park for the entire family to delight in.

We got the ultimate reserve & flight. It’s makes the trip extremely expensive but it guaranteed the kids in fact got to go on a decent amount of rides.
When it was understood as qbot & you had the pager type thing to bring around, we had used it before.
The website/app is alot much easier to use. Now legoland isn’t restricted to the number of pagers offered it meant alot more individuals had the r & r which resulted in waiting in queues anyhow.
You also can’t use it on the newer attractions. Its a great park for kids under 13. After that, the older ones might find it uninteresting.

The park itself was fine to begin with, but started to get crazy hectic from mid early morning onwards. Our child is not much of an excitement seeker, so in that sense we were lucky he wasn’t eager to go on every single trip, which is just as well as the lines for nearly whatever were at least 45 mins just for the smaller trips. In general an excellent day but less people would make it a much better and more enjoyable experience!

Entry and exit

Parking was weird, as they ask you to leave an area of one cars and truck between automobiles due to social distancing. We got here late early morning, so after a while of driving about trying to find a free and not a very faraway spot, we just parked in among those empty spots … I believe leaving a space between automobiles is anticipated in the early morning, so people keep their distance. By the time we were parking there was barely anyone there..

On entry our temperature was taken, and bags cursorily inspected. As we got here around 11.30 AM there were no lines and we got directly in, really quick process.

As we got here late, we were very late leaving, and again left and eliminated without any waiting around..

Coronavirus determines inside the park.

You have to wear a mask on some of the flights if you are over 11 years old. Anything that is inside your home, and a few of the bigger flights are ones where mask is obligatory. Do bring a multiple-use one, or buy one from the stores, however the trip attendants likewise provide disposable ones for people that have forgotten theirs.. Legoland Windsor Ninjago Ride

On the trips, there will be empty rows or seats in between various family groups. The flights are also regularly cleaned up – some appear to be sprayed after each run like Mia’s Riding Experience, and some occasionally cleaned up with wipes, like Fairytale Brook. On the Beast Houseparty there were also extra air filterers inside, and family groups were asked to stand and sit spaced apart – I suspect comparable procedures are in place in other inside rides/attractions too..

Few flights were closed due to social distancing procedures or scheduled maintenance, but general I felt there was lots of rides and tourist attractions left..

Lots of hand sanitisers are dotted around the park, and on entry and exit for all the rides. Individuals did seem to use them rather often..

There was a one way system for all the stores, and masks needed to be used. We didn’t go to any of the within Lego exhibits, and actually do not even know if they are open. If they are open, a one way system and a mask would definitely be in location in those too..

There are markers on the ground with arrows pointing that people should stroll on the left hand side – most people overlooked this to be honest, and the signs were quite easy to miss out on anyhow..

Social distancing.

Sorry to state this, however if you are worried about social distancing, a theme park is not for you and Legoland will not be a great experience for you. People are walking all over the place, not paying a blind little attention to social distancing, practically bumping into each other..

It does appear that the intake of people is lower, but due to the coronavirus measures the rides take less people in and extra cleaning produces pauses in the service. This means that the queues are as long as ever. While there are social distancing reminders on the ground individuals just do not take notice of them. And even if people did, the method the lines snake around you would be standing very close to individuals on your left and right anyway..

Can you stay overnight at Legoland?

I was not extremely concerned. I would have chosen excellent social distancing, however I did not let it ruin my day.

We brought our own picnic, however if you wish to buy food at Legoland, be conscious that there might be long queues for food and only limited food places are open..

Additionally for beverages there are a few (not numerous) beverage dispensers around the park – I saw one at Heartlake City and around the driving flights. The all you can drink soft beverages won’t work without the unique cup. Legoland Windsor Ninjago Ride
