With over 55 interactive rides, live shows, developing workshops, driving schools and tourist attractions, all set in 150 acres of lovely parkland, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is a special style park for the entire family to enjoy.

We got the ultimate reserve & flight. It’s makes the journey extremely costly but it made sure the kids actually got to go on a decent quantity of trips.
We had actually used it before when it was called qbot & you had the pager type thing to carry around.
The website/app is alot simpler to use. However now legoland isn’t limited to the variety of pagers available it meant alot more people had the r & r which led to waiting in lines anyway.
You likewise can’t utilize it on the more recent attractions. Its a great park for kids under 13. After that, the older ones may discover it dull.

We chose our kids 9th birthday, and he had a great time. Reached 09.30, having spent for basic parking beforehand (uncertain what the point of priority parking is unless you have severe mobility issues, as we were only a few minutes walk from the entrance?). The park itself was great to begin with, however began to get insane busy from mid morning onwards. Our son is very little of an excitement candidate, so because sense we were fortunate he wasn’t keen to go on every single trip, which is just as well as the lines for almost everything were at least 45 mins just for the smaller flights. Managed to get on a couple of (Ninjago, Deep Sea Experience, Fate’s Bounty) with not too bad queuing times. Mythica took forever (it broke down occasionally whilst queuing!), but was terrific, albeit short for the amount of time queuing! Our son liked Miniland which was excellent as was the only location that was quieter. We spent for lunch in advance at Pirates Burger Cooking area (got there just after 12 and got in after a brief wait, long lines after that!). It was great and saved lugging a picnic around (although take plenty of treats with you for queues !!). We didn’t invest much there as had actually spent for lunch ahead of time and took drinks/snacks with us. In general a good day but less individuals would make it a far better and more pleasant experience!

Entry and exit

Parking was unusual, as they ask you to leave a space of one car between vehicles due to social distancing. We got here late morning, so after a while of driving about looking for a free and not a very distant area, we just parked in one of those empty spots … I suspect leaving a space in between cars and trucks is anticipated in the morning, so individuals keep their distance. By the time we were parking there was hardly anybody there..

On entry our temperature was taken, and bags cursorily inspected. As we got here around 11.30 AM there were no lines and we got straight in, really quick procedure.

As we showed up late, we were extremely late leaving, and again walked out and eliminated with no waiting around..

Coronavirus measures inside the park.

If you are over 11 years of ages, you need to use a mask on a few of the rides. Anything that is inside your home, and a few of the larger flights are ones where mask is mandatory. Do bring a reusable one, or purchase one from the shops, however the trip attendants likewise give out non reusable ones for individuals that have forgotten theirs.. Legoland Windsor Qbot Reviews

On the trips, there will be empty rows or seats in between different family groups. The rides are likewise frequently cleaned – some seem sprayed after each run like Mia’s Riding Adventure, and some occasionally cleaned with wipes, like Fairy tale Brook. On the Monster Houseparty there were also extra air filterers within, and family groups were asked to sit and stand spaced apart – I believe similar steps remain in place in other inside rides/attractions too..

Couple of trips were closed due to social distancing procedures or scheduled upkeep, but general I felt there was plenty of attractions and trips left..

Lots of hand sanitisers are dotted around the park, and on entry and exit for all the flights. Individuals did seem to utilize them rather regularly..

There was a one method system for all the stores, and masks had to be used. We didn’t go to any of the within Lego exhibitions, and really don’t even understand if they are open. If they are open, a one method system and a mask would definitely remain in location in those too..

There are markers on the ground with arrows pointing that individuals must walk on the left hand side – many people disregarded this to be sincere, and the signs were rather simple to miss out on anyhow..

Social distancing.

Sorry to state this, however if you are worried about social distancing, an amusement park is not for you and Legoland will not be an excellent experience for you. People are strolling all over the place, not paying a blind little attention to social distancing, almost bumping into each other..

It does appear that the consumption of individuals is lower, but due to the coronavirus measures the flights take less individuals in and extra cleaning creates stops briefly in the service. This implies that the queues are as long as ever. While there are social distancing tips on the ground individuals just do not take note of them. And even if individuals did, the method the lines snake around you would be standing very near to individuals on your left and best anyway..

Can you stay overnight at Legoland?

I personally was not too delighted with this aspect of the go to, however at the same time, it being outdoors and us being healthy and fairly young (and we have probably had it currently anyway!) I was not overly worried. I would have preferred great social distancing, however I did not let it destroy my day. Individuals are out there having a good time, they forget, and it just unfortunately happens..

We brought our own picnic, however if you wish to buy food at Legoland, be conscious that there may be long lines for food and just limited food places are open..

For beverage and ice creams there were a lot of stalls around. Additionally for drinks there are a couple of (very few) drink dispensers around the park – I saw one at Heartlake City and around the driving rides. You can buy a cup (offers from , 8- , 12 per cup), which you can then fill as typically as you like with a variety of soft drinks. You can also fill your own water bottles for free, however sorry to say, just water is totally free! The all you can drink sodas will not work without the unique cup. Legoland Windsor Qbot Reviews
