With over 55 interactive rides, live shows, developing workshops, driving tourist attractions and schools, all set in 150 acres of lovely parkland, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is a distinct style park for the whole family to take pleasure in.

We got the ultimate reserve & trip. It’s makes the trip extremely expensive however it ensured the kids really got to go on a good quantity of trips.
We had used it prior to when it was called qbot & you had the pager type thing to carry around.
The website/app is alot simpler to use. However now legoland isn’t limited to the variety of pagers available it indicated alot more people had the r & r which led to waiting in queues anyway.
You also can’t use it on the newer attractions. Its a terrific park for kids under 13. After that, the older ones may discover it dull.

We went for our children 9th birthday, and he had a good time. Gotten to 09.30, having spent for standard parking beforehand (not exactly sure what the point of top priority parking is unless you have severe movement problems, as we were only a few mins walk from the entryway?). The park itself was fine to begin with, but began to get crazy busy from mid morning onwards. Our kid is very little of an adventure seeker, so because sense we were fortunate he wasn’t eager to go on every single ride, which is just as well as the lines for almost everything were at least 45 minutes just for the smaller flights. Managed to get on a couple of (Ninjago, Deep Sea Experience, Fate’s Bounty) with not too bad queuing times. Mythica took permanently (it broke down periodically whilst queuing!), but was terrific, albeit brief for the amount of time queuing! Our boy liked Miniland which was excellent as was the only location that was quieter. We paid for lunch in advance at Pirates Burger Kitchen (arrived just after 12 and got in after a brief wait, long lines after that!). It was fine and saved carrying a picnic around (although take a lot of treats with you for queues !!). We didn’t spend much there as had paid for lunch ahead of time and took drinks/snacks with us. Overall a good day but less individuals would make it a far better and more pleasant experience!

Entry and exit

Parking was odd, as they ask you to leave a space of one cars and truck in between vehicles due to social distancing. We arrived late early morning, so after a while of driving about trying to find a free and not a very faraway area, we simply parked in one of those empty spots … I think leaving an area between cars is expected in the early morning, so individuals keep their distance. By the time we were parking there was barely anyone there..

On entry our temperature level was taken, and bags cursorily checked. As we showed up around 11.30 AM there were no queues and we got directly in, really quick procedure.

As we showed up late, we were extremely late leaving, and again left and drove out with no lingering..

Coronavirus measures inside the park.

If you are over 11 years old, you have to wear a mask on a few of the rides. Anything that is inside your home, and a few of the larger trips are ones where mask is obligatory. Do bring a recyclable one, or purchase one from the shops, however the ride attendants also provide disposable ones for people that have forgotten theirs.. Legoland Windsor Reviews

On the rides, there will be empty rows or seats in between different household groups. The rides are likewise regularly cleaned – some appear to be sprayed after each run like Mia’s Riding Adventure, and some periodically cleaned with wipes, like Fairy tale Brook. On the Monster Houseparty there were also extra air filterers within, and household groups were asked to sit and stand spaced apart – I presume comparable steps are in location in other inside rides/attractions too..

Few trips were closed due to social distancing procedures or arranged upkeep, however overall I felt there was lots of trips and destinations left..

A lot of hand sanitisers are dotted around the park, and on entry and exit for all the rides. Individuals did appear to use them rather often..

There was a one method system for all the shops, and masks had to be used. We didn’t go to any of the inside Lego exhibits, and actually don’t even know if they are open. If they are open, a one way system and a mask would certainly remain in place in those too..

There are markers on the ground with arrows pointing that people ought to walk on the left hand side – most people overlooked this to be sincere, and the signs were quite simple to miss anyway..

Social distancing.

Sorry to say this, however if you are concerned with social distancing, a theme park is not for you and Legoland will not be a good experience for you. People are walking all over the place, not paying a blind bit of attention to social distancing, virtually running into each other..

It does appear that the consumption of individuals is lower, but due to the coronavirus determines the rides take less people in and extra cleaning creates stops briefly in the service. This indicates that the lines are as long as ever. While there are social distancing suggestions on the ground individuals simply don’t focus on them. And even if people did, the way the lines snake around you would be standing really near to individuals on your left and right anyhow..

Can you stay overnight at Legoland?

I personally was not too happy with this element of the see, but at the same time, it being outdoors and us being fairly young and healthy (and we have actually probably had it already anyhow!) I was not overly worried. I would have preferred excellent social distancing, but I did not let it ruin my day. Individuals are out there having fun, they forget, and it just unfortunately takes place..

We brought our own picnic, however if you want to buy food at Legoland, be mindful that there might be long lines for food and just restricted food locations are open..

In addition for beverages there are a couple of (not many) beverage dispensers around the park – I saw one at Heartlake City and around the driving trips. The all you can consume soft drinks won’t work without the unique cup. Legoland Windsor Reviews
