In regards to Legoland Windsor Secrets…Plus for the supreme LEGOLAND experience stay over at the new LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel right in the middle of the park! With over 55 interactive trips, live programs, developing workshops, driving schools and attractions, all set in 150 acres of gorgeous parkland, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is a special style park for the whole family to delight in.

We got the supreme reserve & flight. It’s makes the journey very expensive but it made sure the kids in fact got to go on a decent quantity of flights.
We had actually utilized it prior to when it was called qbot & you had the pager type thing to bring around.
The website/app is alot much easier to use. Nevertheless now legoland isn’t restricted to the number of pagers readily available it implied alot more individuals had the r & r which led to waiting in lines anyhow.
You also can’t utilize it on the more recent attractions. Its a great park for kids under 13. After that, the older ones might discover it uninteresting.

We chose our children 9th birthday, and he had a fun time. Reached 09.30, having spent for standard parking ahead of time (not exactly sure what the point of priority parking is unless you have severe movement issues, as we were just a couple of minutes stroll from the entryway?). The park itself was great to begin with, but began to get insane busy from mid morning onwards. Our child is very little of an excitement hunter, so in that sense we were fortunate he wasn’t keen to go on each and every single flight, which is just as well as the queues for almost whatever were at least 45 minutes just for the smaller trips. Handled to get on a couple of (Ninjago, Deep Sea Experience, Destiny’s Bounty) with not too bad queuing times. Mythica took permanently (it broke down periodically whilst queuing!), however was terrific, albeit brief for the quantity of time queuing! Our boy loved Miniland which was good as was the only place that was quieter. We paid for lunch in advance at Pirates Burger Kitchen area (got there just after 12 and got in after a brief wait, long lines after that!). It was fine and conserved lugging a picnic around (although take lots of treats with you for queues !!). We didn’t invest much there as had actually spent for lunch ahead of time and took drinks/snacks with us. In general a good day however less people would make it a far better and more enjoyable experience!

Entry and exit

Parking was odd, as they ask you to leave an area of one cars and truck in between automobiles due to social distancing. We got here late early morning, so after a while of driving about trying to find a free and not an extremely far area, we just parked in one of those empty areas … I believe leaving an area in between vehicles is expected in the early morning, so individuals keep their range. By the time we were parking there was barely anyone there..

On entry our temperature level was taken, and bags cursorily checked. Tickets were scanned off our phones. As we got here around 11.30 AM there were no lines and we got directly in, really fast procedure. I have seen some reviews specifying that morning queues can get long due to these checks..

As we showed up late, we were very late leaving, and again left and eliminated with no waiting around..

Coronavirus determines inside the park.

If you are over 11 years old, you have to use a mask on some of the flights. Anything that is inside, and some of the bigger trips are ones where mask is mandatory. Do bring a reusable one, or buy one from the shops, but the ride attendants also give out disposable ones for individuals that have forgotten theirs.. Legoland Windsor Secrets

On the trips, there will be empty rows or seats in between different family groups. The rides are also regularly cleaned up – some seem sprayed after each run like Mia’s Riding Experience, and some regularly cleaned with wipes, like Fairytale Brook. On the Beast Houseparty there were also additional air filterers inside, and household groups were asked to stand and sit spaced apart – I think similar procedures are in place in other inside rides/attractions too..

Few trips were closed due to social distancing steps or set up upkeep, but general I felt there was lots of tourist attractions and flights left..

A lot of hand sanitisers are dotted around the park, and on entry and exit for all the flights. Individuals did seem to utilize them quite often..

There was a one way system for all the shops, and masks needed to be worn. We didn’t go to any of the within Lego exhibits, and really do not even know if they are open. If they are open, a one way system and a mask would certainly be in place in those too..

There are markers on the ground with arrows pointing that people need to walk on the left hand side – most people overlooked this to be sincere, and the indications were quite easy to miss out on anyhow..

Social distancing.

Sorry to say this, but if you are worried about social distancing, a theme park is not for you and Legoland will not be a good experience for you. People are strolling all over the place, not paying a blind little bit of attention to social distancing, practically bumping into each other..

It does appear that the consumption of people is lower, however due to the coronavirus measures the flights take less individuals in and extra cleaning produces stops briefly in the service. While there are social distancing pointers on the ground individuals simply don’t pay attention to them.

Can you stay overnight at Legoland?

I personally was not too delighted with this element of the visit, but at the same time, it being outdoors and us being healthy and relatively young (and we have actually most likely had it currently anyhow!) I was not extremely concerned. I would have chosen excellent social distancing, but I did not let it ruin my day. Individuals are out there having fun, they forget, and it just regrettably occurs..

We brought our own picnic, however if you want to purchase food at Legoland, be mindful that there may be long lines for food and only minimal food places are open..

For drink and ice creams there were lots of stalls around. In addition for beverages there are a couple of (few) beverage dispensers around the park – I saw one at Heartlake City and around the driving flights. You can buy a cup (deals from , 8- , 12 per cup), which you can then fill as typically as you like with a range of soft drinks. You can also fill your own water bottles totally free, but sorry to state, only water is complimentary! The all you can drink soft drinks will not work without the unique cup. Legoland Windsor Secrets
