With over 55 interactive trips, live programs, developing workshops, driving tourist attractions and schools, all set in 150 acres of lovely parkland, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is a special theme park for the entire family to delight in.

We got the ultimate reserve & ride. It’s makes the trip very pricey but it made sure the kids really got to go on a good amount of flights.
When it was known as qbot & you had the pager type thing to bring around, we had actually utilized it prior to.
The website/app is alot simpler to use. Now legoland isn’t limited to the number of pagers readily available it meant alot more individuals had the r & r which resulted in waiting in lines anyhow.
You also can’t use it on the more recent attractions. Its a fantastic park for kids under 13. After that, the older ones might find it uninteresting.

The park itself was great to begin with, however started to get crazy busy from mid morning onwards. Our child is not much of an adventure candidate, so in that sense we were lucky he wasn’t keen to go on every single flight, which is just as well as the queues for nearly everything were at least 45 mins simply for the smaller trips. Overall a good day but less people would make it a much better and more pleasant experience!

Entry and exit

Parking was weird, as they ask you to leave a space of one automobile in between cars and trucks due to social distancing. We arrived late early morning, so after a while of driving about searching for a totally free and not an extremely distant area, we just parked in one of those empty areas … I think leaving a space in between automobiles is expected in the morning, so people keep their distance. By the time we were parking there was barely anybody there..

On entry our temperature was taken, and bags cursorily examined. Tickets were scanned off our phones. As we showed up around 11.30 AM there were no lines and we got straight in, really quick procedure. I have seen some evaluations stating that early morning queues can get long due to these checks..

As we arrived late, we were extremely late leaving, and once again walked out and drove out without any lingering..

Coronavirus measures inside the park.

If you are over 11 years of ages, you have to wear a mask on a few of the flights. Anything that is inside your home, and a few of the larger trips are ones where mask is compulsory. Do bring a reusable one, or buy one from the shops, but the flight attendants also give out disposable ones for people that have actually forgotten theirs.. Legoland Windsor Under 3 Free

On the trips, there will be empty rows or seats between different household groups. The rides are also regularly cleaned up – some appear to be sprayed after each run like Mia’s Riding Adventure, and some periodically cleaned with wipes, like Fairy tale Brook. On the Monster House Party there were likewise extra air filterers inside, and family groups were asked to stand and sit spaced apart – I believe comparable steps are in place in other inside rides/attractions too..

Few rides were closed due to social distancing steps or scheduled upkeep, but overall I felt there was a lot of destinations and flights left..

A lot of hand sanitisers are dotted around the park, and on entry and exit for all the flights. Individuals did appear to utilize them rather frequently..

There was a one way system for all the shops, and masks needed to be used. We didn’t go to any of the within Lego exhibits, and actually do not even know if they are open. If they are open, a one way system and a mask would definitely be in place in those too..

There are markers on the ground with arrows pointing that people must stroll on the left hand side – many people overlooked this to be truthful, and the signs were rather easy to miss out on anyway..

Social distancing.

Sorry to state this, but if you are worried about social distancing, a theme park is not for you and Legoland will not be an excellent experience for you. People are walking all over the place, not paying a blind little attention to social distancing, virtually bumping into each other..

It does appear that the consumption of individuals is lower, but due to the coronavirus measures the flights take less people in and extra cleansing creates stops briefly in the service. This indicates that the lines are as long as ever. While there are social distancing suggestions on the ground people just don’t take note of them. And even if individuals did, the method the queues snake around you would be standing extremely near to individuals on your left and ideal anyhow..

Can you stay overnight at Legoland?

I personally was not too happy with this element of the check out, but at the same time, it being outdoors and us being healthy and relatively young (and we have most likely had it already anyway!) I was not overly worried. I would have chosen great social distancing, but I did not let it destroy my day. Individuals are out there having fun, they forget, and it simply sadly happens..

We brought our own picnic, however if you want to purchase food at Legoland, be mindful that there may be long lines for food and just minimal food places are open..

Furthermore for drinks there are a few (not numerous) drink dispensers around the park – I saw one at Heartlake City and around the driving rides. The all you can consume soft beverages will not work without the unique cup. Legoland Windsor Under 3 Free
