With over 55 interactive flights, live programs, building workshops, driving attractions and schools, all set in 150 acres of gorgeous parkland, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is a special style park for the whole family to enjoy.

We got the supreme reserve & trip. It’s makes the trip really pricey but it made sure the kids actually got to go on a decent quantity of trips.
When it was understood as qbot & you had the pager type thing to carry around, we had utilized it prior to.
The website/app is alot simpler to use. However now legoland isn’t restricted to the number of pagers offered it indicated alot more individuals had the r & r which led to waiting in lines anyhow.
You likewise can’t utilize it on the more recent attractions. Its a fantastic park for kids under 13. After that, the older ones may discover it boring.

We opted for our sons 9th birthday, and he had a great time. Gotten to 09.30, having paid for standard parking ahead of time (uncertain what the point of priority parking is unless you have severe movement issues, as we were only a few minutes stroll from the entryway?). The park itself was great to begin with, but began to get insane hectic from mid early morning onwards. Our boy is very little of an adventure seeker, so in that sense we were lucky he wasn’t keen to go on every ride, which is just as well as the lines for nearly whatever were at least 45 minutes just for the smaller flights. However, managed to get on a few (Ninjago, Deep Sea Experience, Fate’s Bounty) with excusable queuing times. Mythica took forever (it broke down occasionally whilst queuing!), however was fantastic, albeit short for the quantity of time queuing! Our child loved Miniland which was excellent as was the only location that was quieter. We paid for lunch ahead of time at Pirates Burger Kitchen area (arrived just after 12 and got in after a short wait, long queues after that!). It was great and saved lugging a picnic around (although take lots of treats with you for lines !!). We didn’t invest much there as had actually paid for lunch ahead of time and took drinks/snacks with us. In general a good day however less individuals would make it a better and more pleasant experience!

Entry and exit

Parking was weird, as they ask you to leave an area of one car in between cars and trucks due to social distancing. We arrived late morning, so after a while of driving about searching for a complimentary and not a very faraway spot, we just parked in among those empty spots … I think leaving a space between cars is expected in the early morning, so people keep their distance. By the time we were parking there was hardly anyone there..

On entry our temperature level was taken, and bags cursorily examined. As we arrived around 11.30 AM there were no queues and we got straight in, extremely quick procedure.

As we arrived late, we were really late leaving, and once again walked out and drove out without any waiting around..

Coronavirus measures inside the park.

If you are over 11 years old, you have to use a mask on some of the flights. Anything that is inside, and some of the bigger trips are ones where mask is required. Do bring a reusable one, or purchase one from the shops, but the trip attendants likewise offer non reusable ones for people that have forgotten theirs.. Legoland Windsor Virtual Tour

On the flights, there will be empty rows or seats between different household groups. The rides are also routinely cleaned – some appear to be sprayed after each run like Mia’s Riding Adventure, and some regularly cleaned with wipes, like Fairytale Brook. On the Beast House Party there were likewise additional air filterers inside, and family groups were asked to sit and stand spaced apart – I believe comparable procedures are in place in other inside rides/attractions too..

Few rides were closed due to social distancing measures or scheduled upkeep, but overall I felt there was a lot of tourist attractions and rides left..

Lots of hand sanitisers are dotted around the park, and on entry and exit for all the rides. Individuals did appear to utilize them quite regularly..

There was a one method system for all the shops, and masks had to be used. We didn’t go to any of the inside Lego exhibits, and actually do not even know if they are open. If they are open, a one method system and a mask would definitely be in location in those too..

There are markers on the ground with arrows pointing that people should stroll on the left hand side – most people neglected this to be sincere, and the indications were rather easy to miss out on anyway..

Social distancing.

Sorry to say this, however if you are worried about social distancing, a theme park is not for you and Legoland will not be a great experience for you. People are strolling all over the place, not paying a blind bit of attention to social distancing, almost running into each other..

It does appear that the consumption of people is lower, but due to the coronavirus measures the rides take less individuals in and extra cleaning creates pauses in the service. This means that the lines are as long as ever. While there are social distancing pointers on the ground people simply don’t focus on them. And even if individuals did, the method the lines snake around you would be standing really near to the people on your left and ideal anyway..

Can you stay overnight at Legoland?

I personally was not too delighted with this aspect of the visit, however at the same time, it being outdoors and us being reasonably young and healthy (and we have actually probably had it already anyhow!) I was not overly worried. I would have preferred great social distancing, but I did not let it destroy my day. Individuals are out there having fun, they forget, and it simply regrettably happens..

We brought our own picnic, however if you wish to buy food at Legoland, be conscious that there may be long lines for food and only minimal food places are open..

Additionally for beverages there are a couple of (not lots of) drink dispensers around the park – I saw one at Heartlake City and around the driving trips. The all you can consume soft beverages won’t work without the unique cup. Legoland Windsor Virtual Tour
