We got the ultimate reserve & trip. It’s makes the trip extremely pricey however it guaranteed the kids really got to go on a good quantity of flights.
When it was known as qbot & you had the pager type thing to carry around, we had actually used it prior to.
The website/app is alot much easier to use. Now legoland isn’t limited to the number of pagers available it implied alot more individuals had the r & r which resulted in waiting in lines anyway.
You likewise can’t use it on the more recent attractions. Its a terrific park for kids under 13. After that, the older ones might discover it uninteresting.
We opted for our sons 9th birthday, and he had a good time. Come to 09.30, having paid for standard parking ahead of time (not exactly sure what the point of top priority parking is unless you have serious mobility concerns, as we were just a couple of mins walk from the entrance?). The park itself was fine to begin with, however started to get insane hectic from mid morning onwards. Our kid is very little of a thrill seeker, so in that sense we were fortunate he wasn’t keen to go on every flight, which is just as well as the queues for almost everything were at least 45 mins just for the smaller trips. However, managed to get on a few (Ninjago, Deep Sea Adventure, Destiny’s Bounty) with not too bad queuing times. Mythica took forever (it broke down periodically whilst queuing!), however was great, albeit brief for the quantity of time queuing! Our son loved Miniland which was excellent as was the only place that was quieter. We paid for lunch in advance at Pirates Hamburger Kitchen area (got there just after 12 and got in after a short wait, long queues after that!). It was great and saved lugging a picnic around (although take a lot of snacks with you for lines !!). We didn’t spend much there as had actually spent for lunch ahead of time and took drinks/snacks with us. In general a good day however less individuals would make it a better and more enjoyable experience!

Entry and exit
Parking was strange, as they ask you to leave a space of one automobile between vehicles due to social distancing. We showed up late early morning, so after a while of driving about looking for a free and not a really far area, we just parked in among those empty areas … I think leaving a space in between cars is anticipated in the early morning, so people keep their range. By the time we were parking there was barely anyone there..
On entry our temperature was taken, and bags cursorily examined. As we showed up around 11.30 AM there were no lines and we got straight in, extremely fast procedure.
As we got here late, we were very late leaving, and once again walked out and drove out without any waiting around..
Coronavirus determines inside the park.
You have to wear a mask on some of the trips if you are over 11 years old. Anything that is inside, and some of the bigger trips are ones where mask is compulsory. Do bring a reusable one, or buy one from the shops, but the ride attendants likewise give out disposable ones for people that have actually forgotten theirs.. Legoland Windsor Visitor Numbers
On the rides, there will be empty rows or seats in between various family groups. The rides are also frequently cleaned – some seem sprayed after each run like Mia’s Riding Adventure, and some occasionally cleaned up with wipes, like Fairy tale Brook. On the Monster House Party there were also extra air filterers inside, and household groups were asked to sit and stand spaced apart – I presume comparable procedures remain in location in other inside rides/attractions too..
Few flights were closed due to social distancing procedures or scheduled upkeep, however total I felt there was a lot of destinations and trips left..
A lot of hand sanitisers are dotted around the park, and on entry and exit for all the flights. Individuals did seem to use them rather frequently..
There was a one way system for all the shops, and masks had to be used. We didn’t go to any of the inside Lego exhibits, and actually do not even know if they are open. If they are open, a one method system and a mask would certainly remain in place in those too..
There are markers on the ground with arrows pointing that individuals need to walk on the left hand side – the majority of people ignored this to be honest, and the indications were rather easy to miss out on anyway..
Sorry to say this, but if you are worried about social distancing, a theme park is not for you and Legoland will not be a great experience for you. Individuals are strolling all over the place, not paying a blind bit of attention to social distancing, practically bumping into each other..
It does appear that the intake of individuals is lower, but due to the coronavirus measures the trips take less people in and extra cleaning creates pauses in the service. While there are social distancing pointers on the ground people simply don’t pay attention to them.
Can you stay overnight at Legoland?
I personally was not too pleased with this element of the check out, but at the same time, it being outdoors and us being relatively young and healthy (and we have most likely had it currently anyhow!) I was not overly worried. I would have chosen excellent social distancing, but I did not let it ruin my day. People are out there enjoying, they forget, and it simply unfortunately occurs..
We brought our own picnic, but if you wish to buy food at Legoland, be mindful that there might be long lines for food and only minimal food locations are open..
Additionally for beverages there are a few (not many) beverage dispensers around the park – I saw one at Heartlake City and around the driving trips. The all you can drink soft drinks won’t work without the unique cup. Legoland Windsor Visitor Numbers
