Find Which Sandals Resorts Are Best…All-encompassing. Until we remained at Sandals Resorts, we heard “all-inclusive” and winced. We could not truly understand why anyone would wish to spend their getaway holed up in one resort for days on end. Would not you want to go out to see things and consume the local food? With an invite to experience both Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau and Sandals Emerald Bay on Great Exuma, off we went to see what all the buzz was about.
Back from nearly 2 weeks island hopping around The Bahamas, we can state that we totally enjoyed our remain at both Sandals Resorts in The Bahamas. There were a couple of things that could be improved, however overall the experience wasn’t at all what we expected– in a great way. We ‘d absolutely consider going all-inclusive once again and our Sandals Resorts review reveals you why you must too:
With Sandals Resorts, it’s clear up-front that there are no limitations on dining, which activities are included and that you have your pick of premium alcohol. There are extra costs, which is extremely clear on the Sandals site, for a couple of things such as spa services, off-resort excursions and leasing a cabana. Which’s it.
Sandals even has a rigorous no tipping policy, so it’s totally unneeded to have cash on hand.
Which is the nicest Sandals resort? Which Sandals Resorts Are Best
After our first check out to Sandals Emerald Bay’s Cafe de Paris where we bought a lattes and provided our room secret to the barista only to be told it wasn’t essential, I locked my handbag in the safe. We literally needed our essential cards exclusively to gain access to our room. After days of simply appearing for our supper booking and simply leaving when we were done, I nearly forgot my purse in the safe when it was time to leave. It was nice.
At both Sandals Resorts, we remained in Club Sandals level spaces that were embellished similarly in British Colonial style. I like the restroom at Sandals Emerald Bay more considering that it had a different tub and walk-in shower, and double sinks in the vanity. I did find the bathroom lighting a bit dim at Sandals Emerald Bay, but the cosmetics mirror was lit so that assisted.
The Club Sandals level means extra visitor facilities such being satisfied on arrival by a Sandals concierge, rejuvenating towels on arrival to the resort, private check-in that included a signature cocktail or glass of Champagne in the Club Sandals lounge, a trip of the residential or commercial property (which is really very beneficial if you’ve not been to that Sandals before) and a devoted concierge to aid with dinner appointments and off-resort activities.
The Club Sandals lounge also uses a range of board games and books you can borrow and Kindles that can be utilized in the lounge. Free wifi is readily available throughout the whole residential or commercial property.
Service at Sandals resorts is generally impressive by Caribbean standards, and that is real at this Barbados property. Mid-priced Club Level rooms come with access to a concierge lounge.
In regards to centers, there are 3 pool– a dynamic one by the beach with a swim-up bar, the elegant one with cabanas, and a 200m-long lagoon pool that snakes under bridges and jets of water. Other centers include non-motorised watersports, a health club and an appealing medspa. Guests at Sandals Barbados also have complete access to the facilities at the connected Sandals Royal Barbados property, including another health club complex, more pool (one on a rooftop) and an indoor bowling alley.
Staff set up daytime activities (volley ball on the beach, water polo etc). The night entertainment is exceptional, and may include bands on a piazza at the entryway to the resort, spirited singalongs in the piano bar, and a sax gamer roaming the premises playing sensual tunes.
